You already know that it’s important to be a mindful consumer. But it’s not always easy, especially when buying clothes. Lack of transparency can lead even the most well-intentioned shoppers towards clothing that was produced at the cost of animal welfare, human rights, and the environment. 

Polyester clothing is long lasting, breathable and ideal for workouts, yoga, dancing and much more. Much of what we print our designs on is eco-poly, which is an 88% eco-polyester and 12% spandex blend. Eco-polyester is produced using 70% less water, energy, and heat than traditional polyester manufacturing. The entire mode of production, from material manufacturing to cutting, sewing, and hand printing is done in Montréal, drastically reducing the carbon footprint of most internationally imported materials. Clothing is one of the world’s most wasted products. Because we don’t have the resources to deal with it ourselves, cheaply produced clothing is either thrown into landfills or shipped overseas. It’s so important to measure before you buy, purchase ethically and eco-friendly as much as possible, and invest in quality clothing that you can enjoy for a long time. At SoulFlair, we are stepping away from fast fashion. We carefully selected our fabric supplier and printer based on their quaility, eco-responsibility and good reputation as a Canadian company. Each item is designed in advance and printed when you order, reducing waste of over produced products. We chose quality over speed, our items can take 2-3 weeks to make and ship, though we feel it's worth the wait and trust you will too!
